Begin to identify your target market for your business challenge by creating personas and empathy maps. Brainstorm in your group ways that you can create value for this customer.

Paris: Guided Exploration
Enjoy a weekend of exploration in Paris! Embark on a walking tour of the city and take a cooking class with your cohort in this international food capital. Explore the City of Light independently before boarding the train back to London.
