Zurich: Orientation
Fly overnight to Zurich, a global center for business and your base for orientation! Explore the city with your cohort and participate in workshops at EF’s headquarters that will prepare you for the semester ahead.
Italy

Milan: Guided Exploration
Explore this modern metropolis, world-famous for its design industries, with your experienced EF Tour Director then spend a day cruising by boat on scenic Lake Como.
Sweden
8 weeks
Stockholm: Settle into Sweden
Conclude your guided exploration of Europe in the city that will be your home base for the next eight weeks: the contemporary, vibrant city of Stockholm, the Venice of the North! Settle into your apartment and wander through your new neighborhood. Walk the cobblestone streets of Old Town and visit the Nobel Prize Museum to get inspired by ideas that changed the world.
Stockholm: Beginning of Business & Internships
Begin your journey living and working independently abroad! Learn about your internship organization and how to navigate a new city. Get to know your colleagues as you begin working on a few projects. Engage in regular professional development and reflection sessions facilitated by on-the-ground staff and local business experts.
Stockholm: Business & Internships Continued
Settle into your new city and job, spending your days enhancing your professional skills and working on different projects at your internship; enjoy evenings cooking, exploring Stockholm, and hanging with new friends. Make the most of free time on the weekends by planning a trip to a nearby city or town.
Stockholm: Business & Internships Conclusion
During the final week of your internship, you'll complete any outstanding projects and have the opportunity to receive feedback from your mentor. Enjoy a group dinner with your cohort celebrating your accomplishments over the past nine weeks!

London & Ashridge House: Wrap-Up
Travel to London, the final major European city of your semester abroad, with your cohort to sightsee before heading to historic Ashridge House, where you’ll learn about your leadership style, reflect on your program, and return home with the foundation for a fulfilling career.
