Kick off your international adventure by exploring Italy and Switzerland before arriving in your new home for the next two months: Stockholm. Here, you will learn to navigate modern 9–5 life and thrive in a cross-cultural work environment. Wrap-up your semester at Ashridge Executive Education in the UK where you and your cohort will reflect on your journey, further develop your leadership skills, and return home with a leveled-up resume; ready to take on whatever comes next.

Switzerland 2 days

Zurich: Orientation

2 days Zurich, Switzerland

Fly overnight to Zurich, a global center for business and your base for orientation! Explore the city with your cohort and participate in workshops at EF’s headquarters that will prepare you for the semester ahead.

Italy 4 days

Milan: Guided Exploration

4 days Milan, Italy

Explore this modern metropolis, world-famous for its design industries, with your experienced EF Tour Director, then spend a day cruising by boat on scenic Lake Como.

Sweden 8 weeks

Stockholm: Guided Exploration

3 days Stockholm, Sweden

Conclude your guided exploration of Europe in the city that will be your home base for the next eight weeks: the contemporary, vibrant city of Stockholm, the Venice of the North! Settle into your apartment and wander through your new neighborhood. Walk the cobblestone streets of Old Town and visit the Nobel Prize Museum to get inspired by ideas that changed the world.

Stockholm: Beginning of Business & Internships

1 week Stockholm, Sweden

Begin your journey living and working independently abroad! Learn about your internship organization and how to navigate a new city. Get to know your colleagues as you begin working on a few projects.

Stockholm: Business & Internships Continued

6 weeks Stockholm, Sweden

As you settle into your new city and job, spending your days enhancing your professional skills and working on different projects at your internship, enjoy evenings cooking, exploring Stockholm, and hanging with new friends. Make the most of free time on the weekends by planning a trip to a nearby city or town.

Stockholm: Business & Internships Conclusion

1 week Stockholm, Sweden

During the final week of your internship, you'll complete any outstanding projects and have the opportunity to receive feedback from your mentor. Enjoy a group dinner with your cohort celebrating your accomplishments over the past nine weeks!

United Kingdom 1 week

London & Ashridge House: Wrap-Up

1 week England, United Kingdom

Travel to London, the final major European city of your semester abroad, with your cohort to sightsee in the city, then travel to the historic Ashridge House where you’ll learn about your leadership style, reflect on your program, and return home with the foundation for a fulfilling career.

Program fee

Tuition for this 10-week program is $16,750, and payment plans are available. Tuition includes:

    Round-trip flights and local transfers to each stop in your itinerary
